ǀNîn ra dâb xa ǂnā, hîan ge nauna gere !khupusen.
!Gû tsîn khoena gere ǁgau.

ǁKhawa da ǂhana tide, tin ge gere ǀgaiaǁgoro.
Tusôab ge ǀuniga ge saogub !nâ mâ i. Ob ge Maguruba ge dî bi, "ǀNî khoe-e sa khao!gâ mâ?" ti.

Ob ge, "Hîî, tita ge a ǀuniga," ti ge !eream.
Ob ge Maguruba gere ǂâi, "O, !gau go ǀnūga ǀkha tare-e ta nî dī, ǁîga ǀunigao?"

Tsîb ge Maguruba !gau ge ǀnūgu hoaga tusôaba ge mā.
"Nēs ǂamab ge kaise ge dâ tsî naun ǂamai ta ge tita !garise nî !gû," ti ge mî.
O xawe tusôab ge oao, ob ge ǀaoba Maguruba ge sari tsî, "Tita ona ǀnūna mā re," ti gere ǀkhoma.
Ob ge Muguruba hoaraga ǀnūna ta ge go māǂui. "Mâpats go hâ i?" ti.

Ob |oaba ra !eream, "ǁOmxūsen ta ge go," timi.
Magurub ge ǁnara isib ganube ǀnūna ūhâsao, i ge ǁaus khamakō-e a ǀkhai.
Magurub ge ǀaoba kōǀî tsî, "ǁGabaǁaegus," ti ge mî. ǀNū-i ǀkhai, ti. ǀAob ge ǀnūose ge gababēsen.
