Agho olwatuuka, nga wabaagho abaghala babiri ab'oluganda, Nakayima ni Nambi. Abazaire baibwe baali nga baafa.

Ghebaabanga, ghaali nga ghazira kintu kyonakyona kagabe maadhi oba ebisimbe. Emere nga bagisaka ghala inho.
Nakayima yali mughala mwikaikamu, musirise ate nga era muyambi inho.

Muganda we Nambi yali mweyagaze era nga tawulirisa kuwabulwa. Yali tafaayo kubantu bandi.
Lwali lulala, baabula eky'okulya. Nga bali n'okuja okusaka emere.

Agho Nakayima ni Nambi buli muntu yaagema enjiraye.
Yaliyo omukazi omukaire nga bamweta Kasiri. Abantu baali bakoba bati agaba obugaiga.

Kasiri yali mugenge nga omubiri gwe gwidhwire ebibwabwa kamaala.
Nambi yaayagaanana ni Kasiri.

Kasiri yaamweta, yaamubuuza ati, "Mwana wange, oli otya? Oviira gha? Olikuja gha?"
Nambi yaamwiramu ebibuuzo byonabyona. Agho Kasiri yaakoba ati, "Idha onhambe ondizeeyo eka ndha kukukobera eky'okukola."
Nambi yamukambughalira bukambughalire. Yaakoba ati, "Mmala gafa ntagemye ku bifunfugu ebyo."

Kasiri yaasirika era yaamwendeza olugendo olulungi.
Nambi yatambula ekiseera kireeyi. Yatuuka mukifo nga kirimu emisota, amagongolo, bi kalerabaana, n'ebisiisa ebindi.

Yali akooye inho olw'endhala okumuluma. Bwe yatyama okuwuumulaku, endoolo dhamutwala. Ebisiisa byatandiika okumuluma.
Mulugendo lwe, Nakayima yaayagaana omukazi omukaire mulala oyo Nambi gwe yayagaana.

Nakayima yali musanhufu inho okubona kasiri, era n'omuntu yeyasooka okwagaana mu lugendo lwe.
Kasiri yaamubuuza ebibuuzo birala ebyo bye yabuuza Nambi.
Nakayima yaikiriza okuyamba omukaire ono. "Okoze ekintu ekyalema abandi okukola," omukaire bwe yakoba.

Yaakoba Nakayima aireyo eka aidha kwagaana buli kintu kyayenda.
Nakayima yali musiimu inho era yeebaza omukazi omukaire. Yalumuka yairayo eka empyaka, nga erimu buli kintu era n'emere kyodoodo!

Agho Nakayima yaafuuka mugaiga.
Aye Nakayima yanakughala olw'okufiirwa muganda we, Nambi.

Yaakoba mule ati, "Omuntu ataawulirisa kuwabulwa, yakomenkereza nga ali mu munwa gwa ndhovu."
