I can smell food.

I use my tongue to taste.

I can taste the sweet banana.

I can taste the salty soup.

I use my fingers to touch.

I can touch a soft blanket.

I can touch a hard book.

There are five gates of consciousness: eyes, ears, nose, tongue and fingers.

The five gates of consciousness help me understand my surroundings.
