One day, Elephant met with Rat and began laughing.

Rat asked, "Why are you laughing?"

1

Elephant replied, "You are such a little creature. It is easy for other animals to eat you."

After this conversation, they went their separate ways.

2

On another day, Rat was passing through the field.

She saw some colourful flowers and stopped to admire them.

3

While Rat was enjoying the beauty in nature, she shifted her attention to something else.

Lion was hiding nearby in the tall grass.

4

Rat realised that Lion was watching Antelope.

Lion was waiting for the right time to catch Antelope.

5

Rat thought of how to save Antelope from Lion.

As Lion began to move, Rat ran up onto his back.

6

Rat sank her teeth deeply into Lion's neck.

Lion roared with pain and jumped up in the air.

Antelope ran away to safety.

7

The next day, Antelope met Elephant.

Antelope told him what happened. "Rat saved me," she said.

Elephant felt bad for laughing at Rat.

8

Elephant asked Rat to forgive him.

Rat responded, "I forgive you. Do not judge anyone by their size!"

Elephant promised to apply Rat's advice.
