The cheerful giver

In the heart of a lively village, there lived a young man named Wase. He was known far and wide not for having great wealth, but for having a great heart. Every month, he prepared gifts and food to share with his neighbors. He gives freely.

First, he walked to the home of Mama Bisi, who was too old to work in her garden. “Good day, Mama!” said Wase cheerfully. “I brought you some sweet mangoes and fresh corn.” Mama Bisi took the gifts, her eyes shining. “Thank you, my son.

Next, he visited little Tunde whose family could not afford school supplies. Wase pulled out a bright notebook and a sharp pencil. “For your lessons,” he said. Tunde jumped up and down. “Thank you!, Now I can write my stories! Wase laughed.

Word spread quickly about Wase’s cheerful way of giving. Soon, others began to join in. Some brought fruits, others brought clothes and some just their time and kindness. The village became a place where everyone looked out for one another

One fateful evening, Wase went to mama Bisi's house to offer some fruits as usual, he saw a beautiful lady coming out of the kitchen,'wow he said and quickly asked, please mama who is that fine girl? Mama Bisi replied my grand daughter, hm.

One week after Wase return with his parents asking for mimi's hand in marriage, mama Bisi said' you are a kind and cheerful person though a rich man from the city has asked for her before, I will make her yours ,they came back overwhelmed.

He invite the whole village for his weeding, people came out happily with many gifts presenting them to Wase and his wife, people were filled with joy and laughter, Wase said! "giving don't only make one happy but whatever you sow you reap.
