Mr. and Mrs. Toba were wealthy and lived in Lagos. They had two daughters, Sharon and Success.

Sharon was pampered by her mother because she was the last born child.

One day, Mr. Toba came back from work and everyone greeted him except Sharon. "Can't you greet me, Sharon?" he asked.

"Sorry dad, I am playing my favorite game and if I lose attention I will lose," Sharon replied.

Mrs. Toba was in the kitchen when she heard her husband's voice. "Good afternoon, my husband," said Mrs. Toba.

"See how you have spoilt this girl. I have told you to stop giving her your phone. Let this be the last time," he said with anger.

It was Sunday, and the Toba family was in church. During the service, Success went outside to use the restroom.

As she walked, she heard Sharon calling her name.

"Come outside, Success. I am waiting for you "Sharon said. "I just want to use the restroom. Can't you wait?" Success replied. Sharon refused and the two sisters began to argue.

"Girls, stop fighting, " said a man nearby. "Sir, this is none of your business, " Sharon replied rudely. "Young lady, you must learn to respect others," the man said firmly.

The man scolded Sharon for her rude behaviour and sent the girls back into the church. When they got home, Success told their parents everything that had happened.

You mean someone corrected my precious daughter?" Mrs. Toba asked angrily. "Are you supporting her bad behaviour?" Mr. Toba replied. "She needs to learn respect and good mannners."

The next day, Sharon and Success were going to the market when they met an old woman. "This woman smells bad," Sharon mocked. "When did you last have a bath?"

"Sharon, stop it!" Success warned. The old woman looked hurt. "How dare you speak to me that way?" the old woman asked. Sharon ignored her and the sisters continued on their way.

The following morning, Sharon woke up and could not stand. She cried for help. Success told their parents about Sharon's rude behaviour towards the old woman.

Mr. and Mrs. Toba found the old woman and begged for forgiveness. Sharon apologized sincerely. The old woman forgave her, and Sharon learned to respect everyone. From then on, she became kind and humble.
