Dad asked, "how are you going to spend the day, any fun place on your minds? " "Yes, Mango World is the place to be, it's just down the road," answered all of us. We joined other families and drove there together.

There was so much to see once we entered the gate. The sweet smelling aroma of fish, chicken, potatoes, green bananas and stews welcomed us.

Many other families had also come to have fun here. There was much to look at and to do. The bouncing castle had many children on it. They were jumping and screaming. Many children were also on the slide and swing.

Leleberry was the ice cream stand. Different flavours were available there, all served in cones and paper cups. There was vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, banana and others. Children chose their preferred flavours.

With our different choices in hand, we went to sit down in the children's arena. It was decorated with colourful umbrellas facing the sky. The ice cream was melting in our hands. We licked the drips and chewed the cones.

On left side, we gasped at the aroma of popcorn. The machine churned out the sweet and crunchy flavours. "This smells milky and yummy," cried Anadoo and Joy.

Our daddies made payments and soon we had boxes of popcorn on our laps. Kananfe, Ella and Okete had the largest boxes of popcorn. They scooped from the boxes, filled their months and made crunchy noises.

The game's section had scrabble, chess and other games. "Let's go for scrabble!" screamed Asuwe and Sewe. "It will help us to spell better," Shanpepe shouted with excitement. "And with our vocabulary as well," added Favour.

Kananfe and Jasmine sang well at the karaoke. Everyone clapped and cheered them. We all danced to the beautiful and loud music. It felt like the day will not end.

Our last minute tour of Mango World was exciting. Our mouths were agape as we stared at the lights and decorations. "It's time to go, boys and girls, " we heard mummies and daddies clapping to signal to us that it was time to go home.

Peace, Yavenga, Joanne and Sewe did not want go home. The held tightly to one another's hands and made the peace sign. We will come again soon to Mango World. "There's so much fun here, " Asuwe said.

Kiki went back for another helping of the crunchy popcorn. "You have had enough already, don't you want something else?" asked Mum. It's the milky and sweetened popcorn or nothing else, " she added sulkily.
