Orok was playing outside.

He saw a dark thing stuck to his feet.

He stepped forward.

It stepped forward too.

"Ah! Who is this?" he shouted.

Orok jumped high.

The thing jumped too.

"It's copying me!" Orok cried.

He ran in circles.

The thing chased him everywhere.

"Leave me alone!" Orok shouted.

Orok picked up a broom.

"I will sweep you away!"

He swung the broom, but only hit the ground.

Then Orok stopped.

He raised his hand.

The thing raised its hand too.

"Mummy!" Orok called.

His mum laughed. "That's your shadow. Light makes it follow you."

Orok grinned. "Ohhh… so you're a copy of me!"

He started dancing. His shadow danced too.

"Good!" Orok laughed. "At least now I have a dance partner!"
