His father took him there.

When Ekene entered the classroom, he saw a whiteboard.

He saw desks and chairs.

Each child had a desk and a chair.

He saw a book shelf with books and a box of pencils.

He saw a school bag hanging on the wall.

The teacher said warmly, "Welcome to school little boy. What's your name?"

"My name is Ekene. I am 4 years old," he said.

Ekene met new friends at school.

He loved his first day at school.
