From jealousy to friendship

Rose was a very good girl. She had a friend named Chisom.

Chisom was always jealous of Rose.

One day, Rose and Chisom were going to school.

When they reached, their teacher said, "Today, we will have a spelling bee!"

Rose's parents bought a beautiful doll for her for doing well in the spelling Bee.

Chisom was jealous of Rose when saw the doll.

Chisom planned to celebrate her birthday.

She did not invite Rose.

Rose felt very sad.

On another day, they were going to school. Rose said, "We have an exam today."

Chisom was surprised. She had not read her books in preparation for the exam.

The teacher gave them the question papers. The teacher asked, "I hope you are all ready for your exam!"

"Yes, we are!" Chisom shouted, but she was not ready.

Chisom began copying from Rose but Rose covered her work.

When Chisom got her results, she had low grades.

When her mother saw it, she was sad. Chisom felt sorry.

Rose went to Chisom's house and helped her learn how to read and spell.

Chisom was happy, and they became good friends again.
