Once upon a time, in a wide sunny savannah, there lived a tall and gentle giraffe named Lumo. Lumo had long legs and a longer neck but he had a secret dream. He loved to dance!
Every evening, when the golden sun began to set, Lumo would
sway his neck, tap his hooves, and spin in circles. The other animals would stop and stare.
“Giraffes don’t dance!” laughed the zebras.
“You’re too tall and wobbly!” giggled the monkeys.
Lumo felt sad, but deep inside, he still loved
dancing.
One night, a wise old owl watched him dance. “Lumo,” she said kindly, “dance the way your heart feels, not the way others expect.”
So Lumo danced again—freely and proudly. His long legs made graceful steps, and his neck moved like
a ribbon in the wind. Soon, the animals gathered, amazed.
“Wow! Lumo, you’re amazing!” they cheered.
From that day on, Lumo became known as the Dancing Giraffe, reminding everyone that being different makes you special.
