Kofi loved video games.
He often put off his homework until the last minute.
One monday, Kofi's teacher told the class to submit their science assignment on Friday.“I have plenty of time!” Kofi thought.
Tuesday came, Kofi continued with the video games without starting the assignment.
Wednesday, he felt a little worried.
“I should start soon,” he said, but he kept playing.
Thursday, he was panicking,he had so much to do and very little time left.
Kofi worked late into the night.
He realized that rushing made the assignment stressful.
On Friday, he submitted his assignment, but it wasn’t his best work.He felt disappointed.
His teacher smiled and said, “Planning ahead helps you do your best.”
Kofi nodded.
He decided to make a timetable next time.
A little work each day would make work easier.
Kofi learnt a lesson, “I won’t wait until the last minute again.”He was ready to change with better planning.
