Jordan was worried about his future.
"What will I become when I grow up?"
He wondered with eyes wide open.
At school, the teacher told the class, "Next week is Career Awareness Week!"
Jordan felt happy.
On the first day, a doctor came to talked about helping sick people.
Jordan thought, "I like helping people too."
The next day, an engineer showed how bridges and buildings are designed.
Jordan loved the idea of building things.
A writer came and explained how stories can teach, entertain, and inspire.
Jordan smiled, "I enjoy writing and reading."
Later, a computer programmer showed them how to code and use technology to solve problems.
Jordan found it interesting.
At home, Jordan talked to his parents about his career.
"You don't have to choose now," Mom said kindly.
"Explore your interests," Dad added.
Jordan made a list of things he liked.
He also made a list of things he was good at.
Lastly, he made a list of things he wanted to learn.
The lists kept growing.
Jordan realized something important.
Careers change.
New jobs appear.
And in all of them, learning matters most.
That night, Jordan smiled. "I don't need all the answers today.
I just need to keep learning and dreaming."
