Maweno is a small community in South Africa.We all live in peace in this beautiful community.People work together and children are always joyful .

We have a very good leadership from Mr Mpanzu , he unites people, promotes development and is open to new ideas and promotes new leaders.

Mr Mpanzu believes in a happy community that is why he listens and let's others speak.But everyone has a role in Maweno community.

People are always excited to hear from the young leader.Mr Mpanzu cares even our health community is named after him.Children to adults all love and respect him greatly.

This week is Mpanzu Agriculture scheme , we are going to plant many trees and crops . Everyone is excited to take part in this project.

"There will be enough food for Maweno, we are a rich community with deep resources, my people let's make it happen, Noone will come and save us, we are our saviors." Everyone clapped so loudly.

Ok let us all get to work.And everyone started working.In a few months food production had increased and in two years we have harvested many crops, packaged our food.

And everyone in Maweno will be receiving five grains every month for food and apply for 100 grains for business.Maweno , oh Maweno is prospering.New roads are coming soon too.

Everyone is praising our young leader but Mr Mpanzu says he hasn't even started.More and more progress is coming.And more young leaders will be emerging more strong and inspired to support such great leadership.

Our new water system is helping us all alot.Mr Mpanzu is being praised day and night and people are waking up now no more promises just action from our leaders.Let us choose leaders who serve the community with action not words.

Every young person including girls want to be like Mr Mpanzu which is great and inspiring a wake up call to new emerging leaders.With leaders like this, we are in safe hands.
