Bob, the Brave little Elephant

A young elephant named Bob lived in one of the deep forest in the Ashanti Region. Unlike the other elephants in his herd, Bob is much smaller and often left out because he can’t do everything the bigger elephants can.

The older elephants can pull down branches from tall trees, swam across deep rivers, and protect the herd from danger. Bob is often told to stay with the younger elephants and play safely away from any danger.

One day, a drought hits the land, and the herd is forced to travel far in search of water. The journey is long, and everyone is tired. As they make it halfway through a dense forest, they heard a

frightening roar—it's a lion! The herd panics, unsure of what to do. The larger elephants tried to stand their ground, but the lion was clever and hide, waiting for the right moment to attack.

Bob, though smaller, was very observant. He had been listening carefully to the sounds around them and realized something important, the lion isn’t as close as the others think. While the herd is distracted,

Bob used his size and agility to quietly sneak through the bush. Followed the sounds, he spotted the lion and bravely trumpets to alert the herd. The lion, caught off guard by Bob's quick thinking and loud call, fled into the jungle.

The herd was amaze and grateful for Bob’s courage. Despite being the smallest, Bob proved that bravery isn’t about size, it’s about heart and smarts.

From that day on, Bob earned the respect of the entire herd, and he learned that everyone, no matter their size, has something valuable to offer.
