Once upon a time, there was a lonely old woman who lived in a small hut. One day, a good Fairy came along and saw that the woman was sad and wanted to help.

The old woman was afraid to see the Fairy, but she told the woman not to be afraid as she was not evil. She said she had come to visit her and make her happy.

"Welcome into my small home." Said the old woman. The Fairy was happy for the warm reception and she said that she will grant the old woman two wishes in return.

For her first wish, the old woman wished for a big house. The Fairy granted her wish and she was not in her hut anymore. The old woman could not believe her eyes.

However, the old woman was not satisfied and she asked that the house should be bigger with more rooms. She explained to the fairy she wanted more space in her house.

The Fairy granted her the wish and the old woman was in a bigger and more spacious house furnished with expensive items. This was a dream come true.

The old woman now wished for her own happy family to live with her. The Fairy told her that she had already granted her two wishes and she could not wish for more.

The old woman was angry and she paced, shouting at the fairy for refusing to grant her wish. The Fairy saw that she was greedy and decided to punish her.

The Fairy banished her back to her old life. She regretted for not being wise with the wishes and not being grateful. We should always be grateful for what we get.
