When Naomi was chosen to lead the volleyball team, coach Tito made the best decision ever. Naomi is a very good communicator. She ensures that she gives clear instructions to her teammates. Naomi is a focused leader.

She mobilises the team to closely follow the training programme laid out by the couch. She leads the physical fitness exercises and ensures that everybody takes part. She does not comprise with those who break the rules.

For example, she cautioned two players who always reported late for physical exercises to stop the habit.The incident of Joy getting injured on the court this morning has shown how caring Naomi is.

She stopped playing and helped Joy off the court.She first gave Joy a first assistant, First Aid, then she reported the matter to their couch Tito.Naomi the captain took Joy to hospital.

After leaving Joy to the hospital they went back to the volleyball court. Couch Tito addressed a meeting of all the members.He told the members what happened to Joy and what Naomi did .They all appreciated her for the help

Other members started thinking jealously for her.They wondered why she was chosen by couch Tito instead of them .Naomi got different characters compared to others.

She ever thinked critically,and this made her to make the right decisions than any other.Now some loved her and several members hated her, but she didn't mind so she related well with everybody.

At first, Naomi started to feel lonely when she had no one to talk to.She started to loose her confidence.

Which made her to poorly did activities in the volleyball court. She started missing some activities and it seems like she did not wanted to be the captain anymore. She was always sad and embarrassed. She was not like the previous days.

She had no confidence to speak to the team members. On one evening, couch Tito noticed that Naomi was not around the court. He sent afew members to look for her.They found her on one corner of the toilets, crying.

The teammates stopped her and went back to the captain.Then she explained everything that made her not to join the practices of that days.Couch Tito promised her that he will talk to the teammates to stop the habit of gossiping Naomi .

Soon the group was caught and they apologized to her. Hence they were forgiven they promised to cooperate with her. Now Naomi was very very happy, and also she promised to work hard.
