Once upon a time, in a village hidden among the African savannah, there lived a young girl named Bella. One sunny day, her friends Daisy and Lily came to visit her. Bella shared with them that she was feeling hungry, but her mother could not go hunting because she had injured herself.
Daisy then came with an idea of going to this big tree with a lot of flies that she always goes to with her mother.
"I am going to tell my mother about this idea," said Daisy happily.
Quickly, she went to tell her mother about their idea.
Daisy's mother, Evelyn, liked the idea but she was worried about the dangers of wild animals. Still, she agreed, asking them to wait for Bella's father to return and accompany them.
Excitedly, they returned to where they were. However, Lily, feeling impatient, encouraged them to go to the tree without waiting for Bella's father.
They were scared at first, but they decided to visit the tree without an elder. They had made up their minds to collect the flies. Their task was to gather the flies.
When they arrived at the big tree, they caught many flies and stored them in the leaves that they came with.
On their way home, a large snake appeared, chasing after them.
Through running and hiding, they managed to escape the snake.
They went home, scared and screaming, telling Bella's mother all that had happened. Bella's mother scolded them for their behavior but at last chose to forgive them.
Realizing the importance of listening to elders, Bella and her friends learned a lesson. From that day on, they always respected their elders.
