What a sunny day it is! The warm morning light streamed through the windows, making the room cozy. Vusi is lounging on the soft couch. Meanwhile, outside, gogo is doing all the garden work. After a short while, gogo's pace starts to slow down. "Vusi!" she calls out. "Come and help me, I am tired now."

"No gogo! You like giving me work because I do not have parents." Vusi runs towards the river, where his friends are playing.

Vusi's behavior made gogo sad. She goes inside the house and thinks to herself, "I can not even
scold this child, I pray one day his parents come back for him,"

It is a lovely Saturday evening. Vusi is busy playing outside, unaware of the surprise that is about to unfold. Suddenly, Vusi's eyes lit up with excitement. His parents, who had been away from work, had returned home. Vusi drops everything and rushes to greet them with a hug.

"Mom, Dad! I am so happy to see you! What did you bring for me?".

"Wow! don't you know we are coming from work, there is no money for toys." says Vusi's father. Vusi looks disappointed and sad.

The whole week, Vusi tries to be closer to his parents. Meanwhile, his parents are busy thinking about money, Joburg and fancy things.

Today Vusi woke up and did all the chores while everyone was sleeping. Then, he made tea for gogo. "Wow! Wow! Wow! It's my first time seeing this, I am so proud of you my boy."

"Sit down gogo, let's drink our tea." Vusi apologizes to gogo for being a bad child. His parents went back to Joburg and he now lives happily with gogo.
