blue- A color often associated with qualities.
bus- A large motor vehicle designed to carry passengers in different routes.
mother- A female parent, typically in relation to her offspring.
Village- A small community or settlement, often in a rural area.
red- A colour of something.

Once upon a time in a small village called Mashiding, there was a big blue bus that used to collect people from the village to town. It was the only bus in the village and everyone admired it because the driver was always on time.

It was Thabang's wish to travel with the bus one day. He was a very smart little boy who lived in the village; he loved the bus, " the big blue bus", he would say every time the bus passed by his village.

Thabang was sitting with his mother outside, it is his birthday the next day and his mother was going to town to buy him a cake. This made Thabang very happy, but he wanted to go with his mother.
"Mama, can I please go with you to town tomorrow?" he asked. "Yes, we can go together to buy your cake," said his mother. "I'm sure you will be happy to travel with a big bus" she added, "I will be very happy", he responded.

Thabang was very excited, he could not even sleep at night thinking about his trip with his mother to go and buy a cake in town. What made Thabang very happy was that they were going to travel with a big bus.

In the early morning Thabang was the first one to wake up and prepare for the trip.
"Thabang, wake up my son, happy birthday" shouted his mother, "I am already up mama, thank you". Said Thabang "Oh wow! You are up already" she said surprised and smiling to find him done and ready to go. "Let me go and bath quickly, so that we are not late for bus" she said smiling.

Thabang and his mother were the first ones to arrive at the bus stop.
"We are very early" Said Thabang's mother looking at the time. "It is a good thing because I am going to be the first one to enter inside the bus", Thabang said.

Other people in the village came. They all waited for the bus to arrive, it was taking longer. People started wondering where it could be, while checking the time.

Thabang was starting to get worried when they suddenly heard the sound of the bus.
"It is coming" said Thabang excited to see the dust and hearing the sound of the bus.
Everyone was happy.

Everyone was surprised to see a red bus and not the blue one. But no one asked, they all got inside the bus because they saw that they were late already.

Thabang was finally inside the bus. He was very happy that his wish has come true on his birthday. He did not care about the colour of the bus. He could not wait to get to town with his mother and buy his birthday cake.

Thabang's mother could not stop wondering where the blue bus was.
"Where is the blue bus?" asked Thabang's mother
"It is broken, that is why we are using the red one". The driver answered

The bus left the village to town. Thabang was excited and wanted to see everything that was happening on the way.
