Miracle: An extraordinary event taken as a sign of the power of God.

Once upon a time in a small village called KwaLanga, there lived a girl named Zanny. Zanny was born blind. She lived with her old and wise Gogo in a tiny hut.

Zanny did not have any friends because they did not want to play with her. She was always sad and lonely. Gogo was very worried about her.

One sunny day, as she sat under the shade of a tree, she felt something licking her hand. "What was that?" asked Zanny as she quickly lifted her hand from the ground.

"I got it for you mntwanami, touch it" said Gogo. She touched it and felt its fluffy fur. "What is it, Gogo?" she asked. "It's a dog mntwanami" replied Gogo.

Zanny patted the dog, it had fluffy hair. "I'm naming her Roxy, thank you, Gogo," said Zanny.

From that day on, Roxy and Zanny became best friends. They played and explored the village together. Roxy would guide Zanny's steps as they walked.

One stormy night, Zanny fell sick. Gogo feared for her granddaughter's life and prayed for a miracle. Suddenly, Roxy nudged Gogo's hand and let out a low whine.

With hope in her heart, Gogo followed Roxy into the stormy weather. Roxy led Gogo to the tree outside where there was a bush of rare healing herbs.

Gogo gathered the herbs and rushed back to the house to boil the herbs for Zanny to drink.

The following morning, Zanny was healed and could play with Roxy again. Gogo was very happy and thanked Roxy for helpig Zanny.

From that day on, Roxy was named the miracle dog of the village and she continued to guide Zanny and play with her.
