Once upon a time, on a cold Saturday morning in Burgersfort in a township called Praaktiseer, Ms Sibiya was getting ready to go to town. "Mogau, I am about to leave, take care of you siblings. I won't be long." , she said to her 8-year-old daughter.
"I will mom.", said Mogau.
Mogau woke up her siblings and took a shower after.

After the children were done, they played outside while waiting for their mother. Ann and Leo got very hungry after waiting for so long, so Mogau suggested they try making food in the kitchen.

They went into the kitchen, each with a job. Mogau peeled potatoes for fries. Then, they found out there was no electricity. They decided to make a fire inside. Leo spilled paraffin but didn't tell anyone. They lit the fire. With a blink of an eye, it quickly spread, setting the kitchen on fire.

Mogau saw how serious the fire was, so she managed to get her siblings out of the house. She went out screaming for help to her neighbours.

The neighbours called firefighters who did not take time to come. On her way home, Ms Sibiya saw her house on fire and so many people in her hard. "What is going on?!" she asked while crying.

Her children ran to her, explaining to her what happened while they were also crying. She hugged her kids and promised to never leave them alone anymore and she was grateful that no one was injured. The children were warned about how dangerous a fire is and they promised to stay away from anything that may cause fire.
