Once upon a time in a small village, there lived a sweet old lady named Ouma Joyce. She had ten cows and a clever dog named Raven.
Among Ouma Joyce's cows was Moose, a mischievous cow who loved escaping into the woods. But Raven always found him and brought him back.
One night Raven howled at the moon signaling that a cow was missing. There were nine cows in the kraal that night.
Meanwhile, Moose had run deep into the woods playing and hiding. Raven the dog set off to look for Moose , determined to bring her back safely.
Raven immediately started sniffing the ground, determined to find Moose. His keen sense of smell led him straight into the heart of the woods.
After a long search, Raven found Moose happily grazing deep in the woods. The clever dog barked joyfully, alerting Ouma Joyce of their whereabouts.
One morning, Ouma Joyce woke up to find the kraal empty. She panicked, realizing that Moose had once again escaped. This was a result of Raven not feeling well.
The doctor quickly came to examine Raven, within a day or two Raven was up and well and ready to go look for his naughty friend Moose.
Ouma Joyce was overjoyed to have her cows back in the kraal. She hugged Raven and patted Moose, grateful for their unique bond.
From that day on, Moose never tried to escape again. The old lady, her cows, and the clever dog lived happily and harmoniously in the village.
