There on was a little energetic boy by the name of Njabulo.

He enjoyed playing outdoor.

One day the much-loved mother of Njabulo saw that he was no longer as energetic and did not play as much. Worried, she brought him to their friendly local doctor, Dr Mthombeni.

After examining Njabulo, Dr Mthombeni said that although being active is fantastic, he needs to maintain his physical strength by eating a good diet and getting enough sleep.

For Njabulo's energy, Dr. Mthombeni told his mother that he should eat healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables.

Njabulo displayed by actions that he craved the sweet chips and junk food he used to eat.

Njabulo missed playing soccer with friends and his favorite food.

Njabulo learned that healthy eating can be enjoyable with his mother's support.

He enjoyed cooking with his mother and felt refreshed after sleeping.

Njabulo's energy began to return, very slowly at first.

Njabulo felt healthier, enjoyed playing more and improved in football.

Good health does not mean sacrificing favorite activities, Njabulo realized.

Njabulo happily embraced a healthy lifestyle, setting an example to his friends. Making them realize that eating healthy is a good thing.
