Once upon a time, there lived two sisters named Adoke and Toke. Adoke and Toke lived with their father Awe who was a kind and hardworking fisherman. Many years ago when the twins were still very young. They accompany their father to the

river Bank. As their father always carried them whenever he went fishing. Adoke and Toke played by the river bank with other children. While their father Awe towe his canoe into the river to catch some fish. At the time he returned, he met

a gathering of people and wondered what could have happened. To his great surprise. He caught sign of Toke.

Toke was chatting with his friend. Toke saw his father from a distance and quickly run to Adoke. Their father pretended not to have seen them. Mr Awe sent them to go to the river to bring his fish

On their way, they met a monkey. The monkey runs towards them. "What are you holding? Shouted the monkey. Adoke and Toke doubled their steps to escape the wrath of the monkey.

The monkey crossed their path and got hold of the basket

Give it to me.! Shouted the monkey. Adoke and Toke could not resist the strength of the monkey and so they quickly gave in

Adoke and Toke started crying. They were wondering what to tell their father,when they reach home. Suddenly, their dog, peebu arrived at the scene and pounced on the monkey

Peebu get hold of the monkey and made sure that the monkey paid dearly for its action. Adoke and Toke quickly run to the house with the remaining fishes that was left in the basket.
