Yusuf loves to read books. He loves the adventures in books.

One afternoon, he borrowed a book from his school library.

He spent days reading it and he got carried away by the exciting adventures in the book.

When it was time to return the book, Yusuf couldn't find it anywhere.

He searched everywhere in his room, the entire house and even opened the mouth of his pet, a hamster, yet he couldn't find it.

He was afraid because he did not know what to tell the librarian.

He cried and and went to his mother. He told her mother that he lost a library book.

" Don't worry, mistakes happen, we will go to the library and explain to the librarian" said his mother.

The next day, Yusuf's mother took him to the librarian and explained everything to her.

Yusuf apologized to the librarian and explained how much he loved the book.

"It's alright, Yusuf. We all lose things sometimes. Just be more careful next time" said the librarian.

Yusuf felt relaxed and learnt to take proper care of his books.
