Ummi and Khausar are very good friends. They attend the same school. They love themselves and they are always kind toward one another.

One day Ummi visited Khausa and they had a pleasant day. They agreed to go on a tour to the city's zoo the following weekend, since they were on a long vocation.

As agreed, Ummi and Khausar were at the Kano municipal zoo the following weekend. At the zoo, they saw several animal, including monkeys, elephants and lions.

Both of them were afraid to come close to other animals except giraffe. They stood very close to the giraffe, and Khausar even touched its mouth

After going round the zoo, the two friends became tired. They had to look for a nearby resting place. While resting, they ordered for food and soft drinks.

By the time they finish eating and drinking, it was getting late already. They stood up and started going back home.

It was a real fun for these lovely friends. Thereafter, they thought of, and arranged for a similar visit the next holiday. This time around, Ummi and Khausar decided they will visit the ShopRite children park.

To be able to make their plan real, Ummi and Khausar began to save from their breakfast money in preparation to their planned tour.
