Once upon a time, there lived a Hen and her three chicks. The chicks had long feathers which were not looking good. So the mother decided to shave them.

Early in the morning the next day, Hen started her journey to borrow a razor from Eagle who lived in the forest. It was a long journey. When she arrived there, she clucked and waited for Eagle.

When Eagle heard the sound she flew down. She was big and scary. Eagle was shocked to see that it was Hen.

"How are you Hen?" Eagle greeted. They held a long conversation.Then Hen borrowed Eagle a razor. She took some time to think about it.

Finally Eagle lent Hen the razor. She was as happy as a king.
She ran back to her chicks as fast as her legs could carry her.

When She reached home she quickly shaved her chicks and then kept the razor away.

The following day she decided to return it to Eagle. She could not find it. She and her chicks scratched the ground in search of it. They looked everywhere.

Eagle realized that Hen had lost her razor which angered her very much and they became enemies. From that day, whenever the eagle sees chicks she takes them in revenge of the lost razor.
