Once upon a time, there lived a
a friendly hen named Henny. Henny loved her home with the farmer and his kind wife, but lately, she had been feeling quite hungry. Every day, she would peck around the yard, looking for seeds and worms.
As Henny strutted around the farmyard with a rumbling belly, she had an idea, "I know!" she clucked to herself. "I'll ask my friends for help!"
Meow, Henny! What brings you here?" Callie the cat purred, I'm hungry too, Let's go together!"
"Woof, woof! Hey, Henny! What's going on?" Max barked cheerfully.
Henny explained her plan to Max, and the dog's tail wagged with excitement. "Woof! I'm always up for an adventure. Let's do this!"
Nay, my friends, I'll gladly join you," Henry neighed. "The Moon has seen many things, and perhaps it can help us."
As the sun began to set, casting a warm glow over the farm, the four friends looked up at the sky. The Moon, round and bright, smiled down upon them.
They took turns standing on each other's backs, forming a tower of teamwork. "Hoo, dear friends, what brings you to me?" a soothing voice echoed from the Moon.
"Oh, great Moon, Can you give us something to eat?" asked Henny.
From the stars fell delicious grains, fresh milk, and even crisp apples. The friends gathered the food and ate happily.
Moral of the story: Working together and helping one another can lead to magical outcomes and lasting friendships.
