1

Continued to put more and more sugar in everything he ate. One day, Tiago woke up thirsty and went to the kitchen to get a bottle of water.

2

When he opened it, he realized that the water had no taste and thought, "What if I put sugar in the water? It will taste better." And that's what he did! He put a spoonful of sugar in the bottle and started drinking it.

3

But when he drank the sweetened water, Tiago felt dizzy and fell to the ground. He was rushed to the hospital and there he found out that he had developed diabetes because of his high sugar consumption.

4

Tiago was sad and regretful for not listening to his father when he warned him about the dangers of excess sugar. Since then, he has learned to eat healthily and moderately, without overdoing it.

5

Today, Tiago is a happy and healthy boy who doesn't forget what he learned from his experience.

6

And whenever he thinks of putting sugar in something, he remembers the consequences and thinks twice before doing it.
