In a village called Kalum, there lived a man. His name was Muha, although nobody knew it.
Villagers did not like him because he was little.
They called him 'the short man'. This made Muha very sad.
He would sit under the mango tree and wonder why people were unfriendly.
One day, a fire started in the village school.
Everybody was afraid and started panicking.
Muha stayed calm.
He ran as fast as he could to his house.
He got a huge bucket of water.
He ran back and poured water on the fire.
As Muha ran back and forth, other villagers followed his example. The fire was soon out.
The relieved villagers carried Muha in celebration.
People started dancing. As they danced, a man asked, "What is the short man's name?"
Muha responded, "My name is Muha."
The villagers started hailing him, "Muha, Muha, Muha."
From that day, nobody called him 'the short man'.
The villagers built a new house for Muha.
He married a village woman called Michine.
They lived happily together.
