Mariam is a grade 6 learner. Last year, she was given the smartest girl award during the prize giving day.

Everyday before she goes to school, she takes a bath, brushes her teeth, combs her hair and wears a clean uniform.

In the evening when she comes from school, she washes her clothes and prepares what she will wear the next day.

Mariam also takes a bath after school and changes into clean clothes.

She washes her long hair every week to removed dirt and avoids lice infestation.

She also applies oil to her skin to moisturise it.
