Faith kadzo lives in Kilifi, Kenya in a small town called Ganze. She is in grade six at Fumbini Primary school.

Her parents died through a road accident in 2021. Faith has two young brothers and two young sisters.

They live with their grandfather. Faith had to work hard in order to get food for her family. Sometimes, they had to sleep hungry.

Faith missed school on many days. She was always sad, tired in class and sometimes she cried.

Her friends Kazosi and Furaha wanted to know how she was doing. They asked their class to help Faith.

The class contributed some money and brought food for Faith and her family. Her friends informed their village elder of Faith's problem.

The village elder promised to help Faith and her family. Faith was very happy and thanked her village elder and the generous gesture from friends, Kazosi and Furaha.

The village elder said to Faith, "Don't worry, you will go back to school."

Faith with her siblings went back to school and continued learning again.

When Faith entered the school gate, her friends ran and hugged her, they were happy to see her.

After one month, Faith did her exams and scored very good marks.

She led in her class with high marks.

The other class members loved Faith because she worked hard in-class.
