A Lion lay asleep in the forest, his great head resting on his paws.

timid little Mouse came upon him unexpectedly, and in her fright and haste to get away, ran across the Lion's nose.

They woke up. He was very angry. He caught the mouse in his hands.

The mouse begged for mercy.

He took pity on it and let it go.

After some days the lion was caught in a trap.He tried his best to break the web but all in vain. He started roaring.

the mouse heard his roaring. It reached there and start cutting the ropes with its teeth.Soon the lion got free.

He thanked the mouse and went away.

Moral of the story : Kindness is rewarded.
