Dis recipe go show you how to prepare Nigerian Egusi soup wit melon seeds
Ingredient's
Graded melon
Palm oil
Cow meat ,fish ,stock fish,maggi ,pepper, water ,achi ,salt and vegetables
Method
Poor 2 litters of water in side pot add meat

Add fish, stock fish, place on fire to boil add Red oil allow to boil

And egusi allow to boil well

Then add meggi, Salt

Add achi to ticking it

Then add your vegetable wait to boil before bringing it down from fire

Allow for some seconds

Enjoy with your EBA or garri
