Tshegofatso lives in Johannesburg with her parents. She is a primary school learner at where she lives. Doing grade 7A.

Tshegofatso likes cold drinks. Everytime, Tshegofatso and her friends buy cold drinks during school break time and enjoy cold drinks together while playing. There was a time when her parents warned her to stop buying cold drinks.

Her mother told her that cold drinks are not good during winter season but Tshegofatso did not listen to what her motht was telling her.

One day at school, Tshegofatso was very sick. The teacher saw that the girl was not well and decided to call her parents. The parents ran to school to fetch their daughter.

When her parents came to school, they were shocked that the child didn't listen to her mother when she told her to stop drinking cold drinks. The teacher asked her parents why did they bring the child to school if they know that she's sick.

Tshegofatso was admitted to hospital because she was very sick but discharged on the same day because she got a good care and treatment from the hospital.

When she came out from the hospital, her doctor gave her a task that will teach her about eating healthy food. The task was to search information on Google about food that is healthy for eating.

She researched and find out that it is not good to drink cold drinks, more especially in winter because it is very unhealthy. It can make you feel sick.

After her research, she was very happy because she learnt something that is very important to her life about eating healthy food. She then taught her friends about not eating unhealthy foods. Her friends were happy too.

Teacher too, told them that eating healthy food will enable them to answer questions at school. Tshegofatso and her friend understood that healthy food makes them feel active at school. Tshegofatso changed and stopped eating unhealthy
