Once upon a time there was a girl who lived with her siblings and grandfather, her parents died with HIV&AIDS .

One day her siblings were hungry and she didn’t know what to do ,then she went to her grandfather. The place was very dry due to lack of rain in the area.

Then grandfather told her about the secret of rain that he was also told by his father while he was still young.

So he passed the story to his granddaughter that when they were still young they used to live in a dry place.

He told the girl to go to the tallest mountain she knows and tell the mountains the saddest thing that has ever happened to her.

She told the sky the time she burned her finger while she was helping her Mom to cooked and also told about her leg broke while she was chasing a chicken and she end up crying.

Immediately the rain started to fall and then people were happy, and they started celebrating because they were worried about their children might die because of drought.

50 people did a party for the girl, they cooked delicious meals so that people can eat. They also made “Umqombothi” for people who drink it.

They even baked cookies for about 50 people. The girl was very happy but something came up. They heard that her grandfather passed away, but at least he left something for his granddaughter and sons.

10. He left money and other things that would help them. They buried him peaceful.
