There live a farmer who needed water for his farm, so he bought a well from his neigbour.

How ever the neigbour was cunning and refused to let the farmer to take water from his well

When the farmer asked why the neigbour replied I sold the well to you not the water

The farmer went to the village head ,he called them and asked the neigbour. why he was preventing the farmer from fetching water from the well.

"I sold the well not the water so he cannot take my water", the cunning man said.

The village head said "Alll that sounds fine to me however if you have sold the well but the water is yours, thenot yout have no businessential keepino your water in his well, take out the water immediately.

"If not the water will hereafter belong to the owner of the well". The cunning neigbour realising that he has been beaten at his own game and thought a lesson, he apologized and left.
