In Pakistan, Northwest region in the place known as Swat Valley. The girl named Malala Yousafzai. She was a brave girl, who wanted to study.

The Taliban were the leaders in the area. They believed that education is only for boys. This made Malala sad and she was against the Taliban laws. She never stops going to school.

This made the Taliban leaders angry. Malala was shot on the head. On her way to school. She survived the shooting. In hospital she started writing block about girl's rights to be educated. Her block was read by many people around the world.

Malala became famous and won the Nobel prize. She was a hero and was given token of appreciation by many leaders around the world. She was marked. The young girl who changed the world in Pakistan in Southern Asia (Swat Valley Village)

She continued writing many books about her life under the Taliban rulers. She even receive a prize for celebrating women the year 2012.
