Once upon a time, there were two kingdoms.

One kingdom in the South, and one in the North.

The rulers of these kingdoms used ravens to send messages to each other.

2

One day, the king of the Northern kingdom sent a message to the Southern kingdom.

3

The raven took the message and went home to her family.

They read the message together.

4

The Northern king was declaring war on the South!

The ravens discussed this and decided to change the message.

5

The raven delivered the new message to the Southern king.

6

The message was: Let peace prevail among us.

The king smiled and sent the same message back to the Northern king.

7

To this day, the kingdoms are at peace.

And no one knows that ravens can read.
