Omulimo Mulongo ogugaholanga gwaali gwa hwemera byayo. Mulongo grazed animals.
Gemeranga eŋoombe, embusi ko n'etaama. He used to graze cows, goats and sheep.
Hiisi olugajanga mu hyayo ohwemera gatiinanga n'embwa yiiye. Each time he went to graze, he went with his dog.
Gendirenge omulimo gugwe. He loved his work.
Aye gaguholire huŋwa buŋere ohwoosa olugegire ebisolo njolu biromaloma. He did it from childhood. He learned how animals talk.
Mulongo gatulomera ati eŋoombe nʼeroma, emoola hu moola yiiti, "Moo, moo, moo." Mulongo told us that when a cow talks it moos, "Moo, moo, moo."
Embusi nʼeroma emeera hu meera yiiti, "Mee, mee, mee." When a goat talks it bleats, "Mee, mee, mee."
Etaama n'eroma ebbalaala hu bbalaala yiiti, "Bbaa, bbaa, bbaa." When a sheep talks it also bleats, "Bbaa, bbaa, bbaa."
Embwa nʼeroma esama hu sama yiiti, "Bbowo, bbowo, bbowo." When a dog talks it barks, "Bbowo, bbowo, bbowo."
