For a list of all the stories in a particular language, select the language from the drop down list.

To select from the list only those stories that have been checked and approved, click or tap on APPROVED. You can also sort by story title, date published or reading level.

1. First words

   Single words, phrases, or a short simple sentence per page;
   Most of the information carried by the illustration;
   Some books will tell the stories in pictures only;
   Up to 10 words per page.

2. First sentences

   Two or three sentences per page;
   The illustrations support the understanding of the text;
   11 – 25 words per page.

3. First paragraphs

   One or two short paragraphs with an illustration per page;
   Not such a close relationship between the illustration and the text;
   51 – 75 words per page.

4. Longer paragraphs

   Longer paragraphs;
   May not be a picture on every page
   More than 75 words per page.

5. Read Aloud

If you know the story or author you want, type the title or author in 'Search stories'. To search for stories on a particular theme, you can also type in a key word.
